Return Policy: We accept returns on unopened items up to 45 days from the date of purchase. If you need to return an open item, please see the instructions below.

We will refund the original purchase price of your item.
Please note that some limitations apply to returns:
- 45 Day limit. Items received more than 45 days after the purchase date of your item may only be returned for a store credit.
- Damaged items will be accepted on a provisional basis. All orders are fully insured. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item. Damage claims should be made within 10 days of the delivery of your item.
- Open items: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with a product that you received, then please contact us at support@charisgames.com. We will discuss return/replacement options on an individual basis. We will accept returns on "like new" items, provided that the product is still in new condition and all of the parts/pieces are present. If the item has been opened, then there will be a 15% return fee accessed on your order. Credits issued on returns of open items are issued in the form of a store credit.
- Shipping charges: We will cover shipping costs on all returns that are a result of an error on our end or receipt of damaged/defective merchandise.
Payment Policy: We accept Pay Pal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and money orders. Shipping Policy: We ship by USPS and UPS. Express services are available on most orders.
